Praveen has more than 15 years of experience across mindfulness, wellness, startups, investment banking and sustainability. He went through a seven-year wellness journey to recover his health and has studied, practiced and taught mindfulness for over fifteen years. Previously he served as an investment banking advisor to a portfolio of 40+ tech startups as Managing Director of YSP Ventures. He also co-launched Mission Be, a mindfulness non-profit for K-12 teachers and students in California. Praveen has a BA in Economics from Pomona College, a Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA and a Masters in Policy, Organization & Leadership Studies from Stanford University.

CTO

Punsri has more than 20 years experience in development. He co-founded iLabs and Cloud of Goods Inc. He was one of the first hundred employees at LinkedIn as a Deployment & Release Manager. He was also a Release Manager at Paypal where he was awarded Paypal Employee of the Year. He has additionally led Dev Ops & Architecture at Sephora, been a Release and Process Architect at Zynga and a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle. Punsri holds a B.S. Math & Computer Science

CMO

Gagan is a veteran in the marketing, music and impact investing sectors. He founded Guru Media Solutions, a strategic marketing agency focusing on empowering movements and purpose driven brands. Some of the organizations he has worked with are: Patagonia, Kevita, Organic Girl, Garden Goddess, Clover, Obama '08, World Bank, Rebbl, Luna and Jamba Juice. He is a board member for the Social Venture Network and an adjunct professor for the University of Colorado advertising program. Gagan has a BA in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
